Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, OR4K3, and RNU6-503P. Each is linked with VPS28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS28-to-partner and partner-to-VPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by VPS28-low versus VPS28-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
