Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,573 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPP, IL2RG, and MS4A1. Each is linked with VPS28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS28-to-partner and partner-to-VPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS28 versus CLPP in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
