Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26C RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, RB1, and PCDHGA6. Each is linked with VPS26C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by VPS26C-low versus VPS26C-high in GBM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
