Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26C-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, Chk2, and eEF2. Each is linked with VPS26C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27_pT198 grouped by VPS26C-low versus VPS26C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
