Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS26C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,663 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNAR1, DYRK1A, and TRAPPC10. Each is linked with VPS26C in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS26C versus IFNAR1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
