Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS26C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,909 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS26C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, Cytosolic transport, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with VPS26C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26C results are reported.
