Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, UBE4A, and MRE11. Each is linked with VPS26B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS26B versus RNF214 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
