Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS26B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2P5, RNA5SP410, and RNA5SP415. Each is linked with VPS26B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26B results are reported.
