Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with VPS26B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by VPS26B-low versus VPS26B-high in UCEC.
