The most reproducible VPS26B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with VPS26B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26B results are reported.
