Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS26B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS26B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2. Each is linked with VPS26B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by VPS26B-low versus VPS26B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
