Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VPS25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated VPS25 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher VPS25 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD and CESC are the cancer types where VPS25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
