VPS25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,592 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBG1, MRPS18A, and ERAL1. Each is linked with VPS25 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS25-to-partner and partner-to-VPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS25 versus TUBG1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
