Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,857 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS36, COG3, and HSF2BP. Each is linked with VPS25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS25-to-partner and partner-to-VPS25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS25 versus VPS36 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
