VPS25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Ku80, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with VPS25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS25-to-partner and partner-to-VPS25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by VPS25-low versus VPS25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
