The most reproducible VPS25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, Organelle transport along microtubule, and Monoatomic anion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with VPS25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS25-to-partner and partner-to-VPS25 results are reported.
