Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,204 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS25-associated genes across cancer lineages are BABAM1, PPP1R14B, and SNAPC4. Each is linked with VPS25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS25-to-partner and partner-to-VPS25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS25 versus BABAM1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS25→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
