VPS18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH7, NPC1, and GRIK2. Each is linked with VPS18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS18-to-partner and partner-to-VPS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH7 grouped by VPS18-low versus VPS18-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
