Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,421 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARVG, TLR7, and PLK1. Each is linked with VPS18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS18-to-partner and partner-to-VPS18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS18 versus PARVG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
