VPS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA4L, RRM1, and STIP1. Each is linked with VPS18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS18-to-partner and partner-to-VPS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA4L grouped by VPS18-low versus VPS18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
