Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,910 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal vesicle fusion, Negative regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Autophagosome-lysosome fusion. Each is linked with VPS18 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS18-to-partner and partner-to-VPS18 results are reported.
