VPS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,281 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K2, OR10T2, and C20orf85. Each is linked with VPS18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS18-to-partner and partner-to-VPS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K2 grouped by VPS18-low versus VPS18-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
