VPS13C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,441 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHSY1, VPS13B, and ROCK2. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS13C versus CHSY1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
