VPS13C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,384 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS13C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, VPS13C_S737, and DDAH1. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS13C versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
