Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA6, JAML, and MS4A7. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS13C versus ABCA6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
