The most reproducible VPS13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARF, CDC7, and NSD2. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.
