Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, C-Raf, and CDK1. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by VPS13C-low versus VPS13C-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
