Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS13C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Golgi to endosome transport, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with VPS13C in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13C results are reported.
