Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,942 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGEF1B, NHSL1, and NFIC. Each is linked with VPS13B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS13B versus RASGEF1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
