Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,985 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5, NPM3, and BCCIP. Each is linked with VPS13B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 grouped by VPS13B-low versus VPS13B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
