The most reproducible VPS13B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Macroautophagy, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with VPS13B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13B results are reported.
