Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS13B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,023 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCF2L, CEACAM16, and NCR3. Each is linked with VPS13B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCF2L grouped by VPS13B-low versus VPS13B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
