Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VPS13B-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VPS13B-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher VPS13B-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS13B-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and READ are the cancer types where VPS13B-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
