VPS11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,144 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, CUL5, and UBE4A. Each is linked with VPS11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS11-to-partner and partner-to-VPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS11 versus ARHGEF12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
