VPS11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, ARHGAP20, and DPEP2. Each is linked with VPS11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS11-to-partner and partner-to-VPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS11 versus IFFO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
