VPS11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, IFNG, and COL9A1. Each is linked with VPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS11-to-partner and partner-to-VPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICU1 grouped by VPS11-low versus VPS11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
