Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,756 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Endosomal vesicle fusion. Each is linked with VPS11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS11-to-partner and partner-to-VPS11 results are reported.
