VPREB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPREB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPREB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf77, OR10A3, and SNORD114-23. Each is linked with VPREB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB3-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C7orf77 grouped by VPREB3-low versus VPREB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPREB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPREB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
