Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPREB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-739P, GH2, and RDXP1. Each is linked with VPREB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB1-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-739P grouped by VPREB1-low versus VPREB1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
