Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPREB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,386 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPREB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Negative regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol, and Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus. Each is linked with VPREB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB1-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB1 results are reported.
