Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPREB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGDCC4, CEP126, and RBPJL. Each is linked with VPREB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB1-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPREB1 versus IGDCC4 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.
