Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPREB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rapamycin, FS106, and N22899-6-C1. Each is linked with VPREB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPREB1-to-partner and partner-to-VPREB1 results are reported.
