VNN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VNN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,057 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VNN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCN2, MMP9, and S100A8. Each is linked with VNN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VNN3-to-partner and partner-to-VNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VNN3 versus LCN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
