Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VNN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated VNN2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher VNN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VNN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where VNN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
