VNN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VNN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VNN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and RGS19. Each is linked with VNN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VNN2-to-partner and partner-to-VNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VNN2 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
