Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VNN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,350 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAX, MMP25, and MEFV. Each is linked with VNN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VNN2-to-partner and partner-to-VNN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VNN2 versus ITGAX in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
