Across TCGA cell cohorts, VNN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VNN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pantothenate metabolic process, Negative regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen, and Vertebrate eye-specific patterning. Each is linked with VNN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VNN2-to-partner and partner-to-VNN2 results are reported.
