The most reproducible VN1R78P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with VN1R78P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R78P-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R78P results are reported.
