Across TCGA patient cohorts, VN1R54P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,112 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VN1R54P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K11-linked ubiquitination, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with VN1R54P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R54P-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R54P results are reported.
