VN1R4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VN1R4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VN1R4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOM1, PRMT5, and HNF4A. Each is linked with VN1R4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R4-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VN1R4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VN1R4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
